If anyone knows the power of understanding audiences at a deep level, it’s Sheila King. As the founder and CEO of King Research Solutions, LLC, she has worked in market research for 20+ years and provides vital insights for countless healthcare, pharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations.
Sheila helps clients capture invaluable knowledge on matters, such as:
• employee engagement and satisfaction
• customer experience and satisfaction
• user experience (usability)
• needs analysis
• naming, positioning and message testing
• awareness level and perceptions
She does so by moderating focus groups and conducting in-depth interviews in person, online and via phone. She’s an expert in both quantitative and qualitative techniques.
Sheila holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from MTSU and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Arkansas. She also earned a Principles of Market Research certificate from the University of Georgia, and expert-level Professional Research Certification from the Marketing Research Association. In addition, she’s a member (and former Board member) of AMA Nashville, and has been a member of Insights Association (previously Marketing Research Association) for two decades.
